Rachel Brown

Hello, my name is Rachel Brown.  I am originally from the San Luis Valley - Alamosa, CO.  I have attained my Master's Degree in Counseling from Adams State University in Alamosa in 2001.  I was the school counselor for the Monte Vista School District (Bill Metz Elementary) for 7 years.  I then moved from the valley and worked for Harrison School District in Colorado Springs for almost 2 years.  I had "switched gears" a bit and did some career counseling for the last 5 years.  I have worked with transitioning military members at Fort Carson, was an online career coach for a University and my most recent position was working as a career coach for Pueblo Community College - working with students in the Advanced Manufacturing program.  In my "spare" time I like to watch movies and SLEEP! I enjoy working with students on how to be successful and confident individuals.
